Jyiinx tells her the total, not a large amount for just one rock that wasn't even very precious in terms of gemstones. He glanced between them, his eyebrow arching up at the "poor shop keeper" comment. However, he doesn't quip back directly, rather saying, "Just be sure to restrain yourself till you are well away from here. The /poor/ humans don't need a corpse scare or blood sucker tales spiraling around here at the moment." While he wasn't too sure he'd be able to overwhelm a vampire physically, a binding spell or something could subdue them if they decided to cause trouble. Jyiinx didn't think they would be, but one couldn't be too careful. He liked the neutrality of his store and the location among humans. He gave them a smile, "And you two look like sensible enough young ladies."

Lilya looks to the shop keeper, a little insulted by the 'Blood sucker' comment, but was quickly interrupted by Eveline laughing. "Yes, yes of course. Very sensible. I promise we wont cause problems for you." Eveline says with a large smile on her face. She was being serious. She didn't want to cause trouble for Jyiinx, for the first time ever. She liked this little shop. Lilya on the other hand just rolled her eyes. She didn't believe her sister for a moment. Neither of them cared about leaving a trail of human corpses. But Eveline cared the least about frightening humans. Lilya decided to just shrug it off. Worrying about her sisters intentions only made her hungrier.

Jyiinx was definitely liking the nicer twin better. He didn't trust many, and that short list didn't entail any blood bath prone vampires. While he wasn't an advocate for human's rights, he didn't want anything to jeopardize the well being of his store. Also, the drama it caused in the town was just so annoying; he'd rather have happy townsfolk that came by and chatter and bought things rather than scared one who stayed inside and only went out for the necessities. He flashed her a knowing smile, "I appreciate it greatly."

Kia flicked her tail against Kai's shoulder, a reassurance as well as a reminder. It wouldn't do to have her brother punished for attacking their leader, much as Bastien may deserve it. "Let's go, then. Maybe someone will try something there. I could use a good fight." with a roll of her shoulders, she let her glamour sink over her; to the untrained eye, there was now a tall and muscular woman with a shaved head standing next to the dragon in the hall. She added in the last touches of her glamour with a twitch, smiling when she felt the thin sheet of magic fall into place. They had been trained since birth in anything that would help them be better guards to the realm, and that included a powerful glamour.
----------
Sage woke with a start, tense and covered in a thin sheen of sweat beneath his tangled blankets. The light in his room was too ambiguous to tell what time it was, although he hadn't received a call from work about his absence, so he assumed it was still the same day. He had fallen asleep sometime between his sixth and seventh beers, which accounted for the stale taste in his mouth and his groggy disorientation. It didn't account for his sudden awakening, although he had a vague recollection of a disturbing dream. The more he tried to remember the more it slipped away, and eventually he gave up with a groan.
A glance at his alarm clock pulled another groan out of him; it was nine pm, too early to justify going back to sleep but to late to justify any of his daytime activities. He sat up and stretched before sluggishly making his way towards his small, decidedly messy bathroom. It took his old shower a few minutes to heat up, but eventually he was standing under it, letting the steaming water wash away his sweat. There was really only one thing he could do, if he didn't want to go back to sleep: head to the club.

Eveline smiles and nods her head, taking her rock and starting to leave. "Thank you." She says as she reaches for her sisters hand, their pinkies intertwining. "Can we eat now, dear sister?" Lilya asks softly. "We can grab a quick bite on the way to see our dear and noble king." She says, sarcasm dripping from her voice. It wasn't a secret they didn't care much for their current leader, but seeing them all face to face, you would never guess it.

Kai smiles and lets his glamour fall over him as well. His head also shaved nicely and his body equally as toned as his sister. It almost looked like they were twins. He ran up to his sister and held onto her hand pulling her toward hims so he could leaned over and kissed Kia on her cheek, pulling her into him so he could put his arm around her. "Off to the bar for a good fight then." He says with a smile.
